The concept of this garden is to provide a peaceful place. It shows the beauty of nature, too. When we talk about the beauty of nature, it contains flowers, birds, wind and moon. So the garden is divided into four places pointing the flowers, birds, wind and moon (Kachofugetsu). In the flower garden there are plenty of flower and tree. The bird garden is made to present a peaceful environment for birds and bugs as well as for the people. We can feel the sensation of blowing wind in the wind garden. The moon garden represents the whole universe. The architect of this building is Mr. MOZUNA. This is the last his work before he expires. It is the greatest of Mr. MOZUNA to allow me to make the garden of this building with on my artistic freedom.
